Who we are
Divine Impact is a small, focused operation that builds governance infrastructure for autonomous AI agents.
We're not a hype shop. We're operators who run production AI systems every day and package what we learn into tools other people can use. Our governance framework wasn't designed in a brainstorm — it was built one hard lesson at a time, from credential exposure incidents to sub-agent deployment failures.

1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Divine Impact ("we," "us," "our") through the ClawMart marketplace and any other distribution channels we use. By purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Delivery
We sell digital products including governance frameworks, deployment kits, templates, and educational guides for AI agent systems. All products are delivered electronically through the ClawMart marketplace immediately upon purchase. Products are provided as downloadable files.
3. License
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business purposes. You may customize the files for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files with anyone outside your immediate team or organization.
4. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital files delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at team@divineimpact.io and we'll resolve it promptly. If a product is materially different from its description, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
5. Disclaimer
Our products provide governance frameworks and templates for AI agent systems. They are provided "as is" and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for customizing and implementing these frameworks for your specific use case. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from using our products.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divine Impact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
7. Updates
We may update purchased products from time to time. Updated versions are provided free of charge to existing buyers when distributed through the same ClawMart listing. We reserve the right to modify these terms with notice posted on this page.

When you purchase a product through ClawMart, your transaction is processed by ClawMart and Stripe. We receive your name, email address, and purchase details so we can deliver your product and provide support. We do not collect payment card information directly — that is handled entirely by Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver purchased products, provide customer support, send product updates to existing buyers, and improve our products based on aggregate usage patterns. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- ClawMart — marketplace and product delivery
- Stripe — payment processing
Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
4. Data Retention
We retain your purchase information for as long as needed to provide product support and updates. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at team@divineimpact.io.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe's secure infrastructure. We do not store payment credentials.

Refund Policy

Digital Products
All Divine Impact products are digital files delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital delivery, all sales are generally final.
When We Issue Refunds
- The product is materially different from its listing description
- Files are corrupted or missing from the download
- A technical issue prevents you from accessing the product and we cannot resolve it
How to Request a Refund
Email team@divineimpact.io within 14 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 48 hours.
Product Updates
If you're unsatisfied with the current version of a product, we encourage you to reach out before requesting a refund. We actively improve our products based on customer feedback and may be able to address your concern in an upcoming update.
